The NEOChem Core is a modern, chemically resistant plastic magnetic drive pump for demanding industrial applications. It combines a sealless magnetic drive with a high-strength outer protection/armor design and PFA lining, providing the pump with high corrosion resistance and robustness even under demanding operating conditions. Additional features such as a back pull-out maintenance design and a force-flow bearing cooling system ensure reduced maintenance cycles and high availability.

- Hermetically sealed & completely leak-free – seal-less magnetic drive (no mechanical seal), eliminating leakage risk and providing high operational reliability with expensive or environmentally hazardous fluids.
- Optimal for toxic, aggressive and high-purity fluids: the PFA lining combined with a robust Armor outer shell protects against corrosion and contamination.
- Back-pull-out maintenance design – fast servicing and replacement of the hydraulic/magnetic assembly without dismantling the pipeline ensure minimal downtime.
- Suitable for high process temperatures up to +150°C

Applications
Transfer of acids, alkalis or other corrosive, harmful or toxic liquids in applications where leakage of even the smallest quantities is undesirable and a hermetically sealed pump is required.
Transfer of high-purity or sensitive liquids where contamination of the process fluid with foreign substances must be avoided.
